Hi, I've been having a problem with confirming my company file.
My company file is company file ID 4..
The other Company files using the accountedge pro v12.5
My company file using the accountedge pro v13.5 (upgraded few months ago by my collegue)
Suddenly 2 weeks ago whenever I try to log in, it asks me to confirm online but always failed.
Now I've past due of the 14 days length to confirm, what can I do to solve this problem ?
Is it because of my version ? I've been using this version for more than 7 months and neve have this kind of problem.
I've tried calling MYOB australia but it seems they're not available until the end of the new year's holiday.
