Why is there not a Windows installer for MYOB AccountEdge 15.5.1? I can only see the Mac installer for AccountEdge 15.5.1. Currently running AccountEdge 15.5 and wanting to upgrade to 15.5.1.

Invoice Number Not Automatically updating on AccountEdge Basic v4
I have just updated to AccoutEdge Basic v4 AU and have upgradged my company file from v3. However, now when I enter invoices, the invoice numer is not automatcially updating. It just wants to use the last invoice number entered in v3. Can anyone help please?

MYOB & Preview Freezing with new OS Sierra Update
Hi Everyone,
Since I updated to Sierra, every time I try to export an invoice as a PDF- preview freezes. Then MYOB Freezes and then my whole (brand new) iMac crashes and has to be manually restarted. Apple have taken the computer and can't find anything wrong with it. They're saying it's a software issue.
We're running Account Edge Pro 20.1.9.
To export the invoice I'm going- Preview, Export. Selecting the destination and PDF. Hitting save and then it freezes.
I have to force quit Preview, and then when I click into MYOB it also freezes. I then have to force quit MYOB. Then the whole computer freezes and I have to turn the power off to restart.
Is anyone else having other issues? It's driving me nuts. I have 30 invoices to get through and it's taking me 20min each time in force quitting, freezing and restarting.

Minor bug in Payroll Advice
Hi,
We recently converted an employee from Base Hourly to Base Sallary and when we generate a Payroll Advice from Reports everything shows correctly with YTD for both the Base Hourly and Base Salary. However, when we send a Payroll Advice by email from the automatically generated report when Processing Payroll, the YTD Base Hourly figure is not included on the advice.

im not sure how we download the new tax tables. I can see the downloads for account edge but do i just click on the correct one (not sure which one that is, please tell me) and does it automatically upload into myob?

Incorrect balance sheet item
At end of financial year Electronic Clearing account shows item pending for payment. ie negative asset.
There is in fact nothing outstanding and this transaction is not showing when using Prepare electronic payments section.
I have reviewed every transaction for the period involved and each appears to be complete ie zero balance.
I cannot understand the linkage between Electronic payments and Purchase and Pay bills that has created this problem.
I would like to clean this up so that false information does not carry through.
I do hope there is a Journal or solution that will make thsi artifact resolve itself.

Poor text and image quality for V9 on Retina screen
Hi,
I've downloaded AccountingEdge Pro V14 to use my V9 to my MacBook Retina 2016 (new Mac don't have DVD drive), V9 operates perfectly on Retina and the only problem is poor text and image.

Payroll problem since loading new tax tables
Hello,
I have noticed a change in figures since loading the new tax tables before my October payroll today.
Annual leave is calculating at a rate of 3.385 instead of 3.077
Sick leave is calculating at a reate of 1.694 instead of 1.54
And my salary figures have changed also.
Can anyone tell me why this is?

Accessing MYOB Accountright in China
HI,
We are working in Beijing for a week or so and although we are able to use bespoke documents temporarily for a week or so, wondering if anyone knows if this version of Accountright will be accessible in China, or if it is blocked.

locate company file
Hi - we have updated from AccountEdge NE v14.5 to AccountEdge NE v15 (release 20.1.98). Whilst the database is kept in the same location the software cannot seem to show the files... it doesn't matter whether I search via bonjour or by IP address... Can you help me? Thanks Craig (also - can I add another email address to get support?)

Is there are period error in MYOB - not picking up data for 3rd month of quarter?
Comparing Payroll Activity Summary for 1 July to 30 September to the 1st Quarter Report for the Register Summary - two reports that should match - I get different figures. And the difference is that the Register Summary is not including ANY information for September. (Double checked by running the Payroll Activity for 1 July to 31 August) - and voile - now figures are the same as the 1st Quarter report for the Register Summary.
Same discrepancy seems to be carrying over to the P & L as opposed to Jobs P&L.
My Wages and Salaries account on P & L is one figure.
My Wages and Salaries account on Jobs P & L is another.
I have checked by running a search on Account for the selected period and get what is showing in the P&L - and everything DOES have a Job Code.
But None of the transactions for September are picked up in the Jobs P & L.

Moving account edge network edition to cloud
We currently use MYOB Account Edge Network Edition in a Mac environment.
The file is located on a server in our office which we access over the network.
Does MYOB have a product suitable for Mac that is cloud based ie the files is hosted by MYOB and we can use the software in any browser window.

Tax tables update on AccountEdge Pro 17.4.1
Hi,
I've checked for updates on my system and was told that the current AccountEdge Pro 17.4.1 is the newest version available. I then went to Setup -> Load Payroll Tax Tables and was told the tables are up to date. However, once I go into Setup -> Payroll Information it tells me that the current Tax Table Revision Date is 1/07/14!!
Please advise on how to fix this and load the latest updated tax tables.

AccountEdge Network Edition upgrade to v15.5
We are trying to upgrade from AccountEdge Network Edition v14.5 to v 15.5 on a Mac. When we try to upgrade the datafile in the location(Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/AccountEge NE/Databases) on the server it does not work.

Unable to confirm company file after upgrading to AccountEdge V15 on mac
Just upgraded to accountEdge v15.5 from v14.5 but cannot access the company file, company file browser window is blank and even after typing in the IP Address and Port I only get a greyed out Host Not Found!
