UNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIMES ON TECH SUPPORT CALLS

Cannot open an MYOB file after being forced to upgrade it to 2022.1 version.  Called tech support.  Waited in a queue for 1.5hrs, then talked to a tech for 30 mins without them being able to solve the issue.  Then was told I had to be transferred to "Advanced Support" (10-15mins wait time apparently), then after 30 minutes on hold in a queue for tech support the phone line dropped out.  Complete waste of 2.5hours!  No support, no assistance provided.  Problem still unsolved.  What kind of software company is this?
