Ever since I have used the Mojave platform with my MacBook Air with V17 AccountEdge Pro and try and download bank staements, AccountEdge Pro immediately crashes.
I have altered securities as suggested previously and there is no improvement. I see this problem was recognised and Australian users are advised to use the 19.1.1 update - this does not appear to be an option for me in NZ.
I can not get through to support by phone (no answer repeatedly after 10 minutes waiting) - what should I do?
