I hope someone can help me. I am very new to MYOB, so my level of expertise is quite limited.
I am now using Account Edge Basic v6 on a Mac. In the past, I have used other versions of Account Edge.
For a variety of reasons, I have not opened Account Edge Basic for about a year.
I opened it this week intending to enter some information, but I was prompted to firstly upgrade my company files to work with v6 (which I did) and then activate my company files. (I had run out of time to do this - 0 days left).
I tried to activate my first company file but I got the message that it is not possible to confirm my company file online. I tried calling the phone number, but no success there either. I tried my second company file, but the same problem occured.
I know I am using the correct serial number because I have the original email documenting the number.
N.B. I actually have two company files registered with MYOB. I had a similar problem in 2017, and MYOB staff were able to assist me after I paid to have an extra company file, and I was able to confirm and then use the company files.
Can anyone help?
