I'm at my wits end and close to tearing my hair out and i hope you all can help me here.
I've recently signed in and bought the MYOB package from e-careers.com.au and want to learn using MYOB software but i believe it asked me to download the MYOB software.
I remember i have the old installation cd for the MYOB student edition dvd release v19 and remember installing in the old laptop that doesn't work anymore. I've tried re-installing it again, and just like everyone who posted here, the installation failed.
I followed the download link for the account edge pro, but it's just not the same, it feels like a sampler pack and doesn't allow me to have the same capability as my old MYOB. Furthermore, it kept asking me for a password for administrator that i did not set up.
I need this soon so yesterday I bought the $15 for account edge v9 student edition and paid it from the MYOB website. But after that, I didn't get any email for my invoice or anything, or how to download it, or any link or anything. The only thing i got is that i'm $15 poorer as stated from my bank account with no receipt of purchase to track my purchase.
As you all can see, i'm at wits end here. Please, please, if any of you out there, please help me.
