FirstEdge BASlink is already running. A second copy cannot be loaded. Mac OSX

I know this occurred after BASlink was killed before a computer shutdown.

So BASlink thinks it is running when it is not. 

Restarting does not help.

So where can I find the lockfile to sort this out?

Or is there anything wlse I can do?
