I have an import spreadsheet that we use to import our sales, since we have upgraded to accountright 2017.2 the system does not accept 0.00 imports. We go through and delete each line that has a 0.00 entry but there are instances where we have gross sales as 0.01 and then there is no GST but the system rejects it as it says the value cannot be 0. The problem is ongoing for all of our company files. That is one issue that I need some assistance with.
My question today though is two fold, I have one company file that is saying every entry has an unbalanced transaction when it isn't plus we will get the same error with the 0.00 for GST. The import file is attached for you to review.
