Im using MYOB Premier v13, I know it is a later version, but it still applicable to our company. I've got this issue from last week. Something related on receive payments. The ID# on the receive payments was encoded with Alphanumeric codes and saved properly. But it change when I check the cash receipt journal.

Please help me to understand this situation, and if there are solution to bring it back to its original number.
