taxation on payroll

I did an update this morning when my computer turned on and now while doing wages I notice 5 employees all have no PAYG applied, 2 do have the PAYG applied, nothing else has changed, I do payroll weekly and only since update has this happened.  Any help would be great as I need to get wages done now...
