We have been having lock issues with Corporate Compliance lately when attempting to lodge forms with ASIC – the lodgement dialog box is displaying a ‘lodgement is busy’ message.
The instructions I received from MYOB to fix it were to go to \\server\myobae\CC-ELS, the delete the LOK files from the docqueue, inqueue and outqueue folders.
This has had to be done every time we attempt to lodge a form.
How can I fix this permanently?
