Super Payment on Statement but not appearing in Bank Rec

Hi,

I'm doing the Bank Rec for the end of October and the payment to the clearing house is not appearing in MYOB.

I paid the Super clearing house on 23/10/20 and the payment is appearing on the bank statement.

I've gone back in to MYOB Pay Liabilities to check if something went wrong with that part of the process but there are no balances for the period 1/7/20 - 30/9/20.

It's never happened before and the only change this quarter was the Clearing House stopped processing direct debits for payment had to do EFT. This part worked as the balcnce is on my bank statement. Any suggestions on where to start looking?
