Account Edge Not Being Available with Catalina

Hi we will need to upgrade our MACs to Catalina so we can run all our current Software and programs. MYOB you have stated that we can not do this as we won't be able to run Account Edge. There is no live chat option, no call back facility and I have tried to call your phone line which says it has an expected wait time of over 30 minutes. This is all not good enough. What email address can I please contact to discuss what my options are. We have been a long term MYOB user and have invested a lot of time and money into your programs. How are you going to make this transition suitable for us? I shouldn't have to wait more than half a hour to speak to a consultant, your team should contact all of us who have Accoount Edge and provide clear and easy solutions. Please contact me.
