MYOB Super Portal: Fund Employer Number Error

Hi,

I can't seem to get my super through as an validation error comes up under the Employer section... the error reads 'The Fund Employer Number (FEN) can only be modified in Employer Maintenance and must contain alphabetic or numberic characters, up to 12 characters in length. (MIG.R.EMP.0004)'

When I go to Employer Maintenance and search for the FEN it doesn't come up...  I also tried searching for the employee... nothing!

Help would be appreciated.
