Can I undo start a new financial year?

I started a new financial year, but need to retrieve information for Taxable Payments Annual Reports. I had to start a new financial year 2 times as my dates were behind, though now when I go to print the report it won't allow me, with the message:

"This report is not available for pre-conversion, pre-purge, or pre-financial year periods."

Am I able to undo start a new financial year process. I did go into my back up, but it still won't allow me to do this. Alternatively, is anyone able to suggest another option to gather the information. There is only 2 subcontractors that I need the information for.
