Entitlement Balance

Hi

I have paid an employee 17 hours using the Annual leave category  but after processing pays this is not reflected in the Entitlement Balance. I usually import timesheets but the annual leave for this staff member was omitted in the timesheet in error. I then just added the Annual leave to employee pay before processing. Why would this not show as 17 hours leave taken and available hours in Entitlements reduce.
