Hi,
I have added a new employee who is with Commonwealth Essential Super. I have entere the correct FSU and Membership number but when I go through the Super Portal an error comes up and his membership numbers comes up in the FEN section.
I followed instructions from a MYOB Moderator on the myob community to go to Employer Mtce, Manage Funds, Manage FENS and have deleted the FEN (membership no.) out of it. Save it and it is gone.
I deleted the .csv file and created a new one and uploaded into the Super Portal again and I get the same error message. Check in the Manage FEN's and its not there.
